Worst experience...when i was there, i ask them for chocolate lava and they took a long time to serve it and when they served i, realise that they gave me a little cup cake and pour some chocolate on it. I wonder what the hell is they giving. The ambiance was nice and really like it, they also providing out door seating too. Really really bad experience

Been to this place with friends many times Dine in facility is great. Quite good place to hangout with friends Order takes too much time But ordering a cake is the worst It took hours to reach, keeping us in wait, they wouldn't take our call The cake had melted and created a mess

Many times I have visited here and had almost delicious food everytime. But the last time, the situation was very bad. I did'nt expect that. That may be because of corona issues, but I can't accept, because I reached here after driving about 40 Kms, only to visit here. So am not suggesting a five star now. If they pickup, definitely I will be back and suggest a better review.

Worst place to go, the owner of this place is such a sadist. We went to this place on our way back to kottayam and ordered 2 egg sandwich, 2 rolls and 4 coffee. After 1 hour and couple of heated arguments he agreed to bring in the coffee and then in the next 30 mins he got us the first roll. The roll was black in color, stale smelling and cold. When told that the roll is cold he didnt accept it. He got us the other roll in next 10 mins and it was the same. Unable to bear with his behaviour and the food we planne don cancelling the sandwich but he insisted saying its ready. Again waiting after 30 mins he got us the sandwich, sadly it was cold too. We told him we don't want the last sandwich please cancel it. He didnt do it, he rather made us wait for 15 more mins and gave us the sandwich which we didnt want. I would never ever in my sense go to this cow dung of a place in my life. The owner is very very greedy and all he cares about is money. It would have been fine if atleast after waiting for 2 hours he would have provided us good food. I hope everyone going to this place reads my review and thinks thrice before going to this place. If there was a negative rating of 0, i would give this restaurant that. Shameless owner!!

To be such a beautiful place. it is located near the city, not in the city that make it a cozy place. very clean and quiet atmosphere. excellent service. halal food is served here. during the shooting of charlie der malayalam film had the occupation n crew here many males eat and they have given special thanks in the movie. there are feedback book available where the customers can write and suggestions 's to improve the caffe. highly recommended
