The restaurant in tristan hotel and spa is modern, elegant and offers excellent service. the menu offers the following vegan dishes: two soups, one salad and three main dishes. the tomaten soup was thick and tasty. the kicherbsenburger was tasty but too soft to stay in the bungalow. we talked to the cook and he said they will repack the recipe. the felt pasta and veggie dish tasted fine, but the sweet were tender. our favorite fish were grape leaves filled with pearls.
