Beer Biryani And Kabab - Katy

I'm posting this for the third time, as promised, to keep everyone updated. It's been nearly three years, and as of today, I still haven't received a response. My review keeps getting deleted. I visited this restaurant a few months after it opened, and at the time, my companion and I were two of the only white customers in the place. We felt completely overlooked; we weren't greeted like other patrons, did not receive any refills, and the man in a suit who was checking on other tables completely bypassed us. He even moved a chair to get around us, only to go to the next table and ask how they were doing. It quickly became clear that we were not welcome. To top it off, our food was served after at least three other tables that had arrived after us.

We arrived at the restaurant and sat down at a table. After a long wait, we decided to approach the staff to request the menus. Eventually, one of the servers came over and placed the menus on our table. We perused the options and waited for someone to take our order, but no one came. After waiting for a while, we went over to ask if they would take our order. An hour passed before they finally did. Another half hour went by and we inquired about our food. The server casually mentioned that it had been ready for some time. At that point, we were one of only two tables that had customers. Our dinner took over two hours, and while the food was quite good, the dreadful service overshadowed the entire experience.

I genuinely wanted to enjoy my experience at this restaurant, but I found the service to be lacking and in need of improvement. They forgot to bring my order of chapatis and our mango lassi. One of the waiters seemed to be preoccupied with the YouTube playlist on the TVs, which was rather distracting. Additionally, we had to wait at least 20 minutes for just two plates of chicken nuggets and fries. On a brighter note, the buffet was quite good.

Pablo his crew are totally awesome because they care. Great hospitality and food for the money. He has excellent beer and liquor selection especially whiskey and bourbon!! Wow what a selection. Great buffett and regular menu items. He always aims to please.

Best place to have dinner. Especially best place for date. Love the bar!! They know how spicy or mild we want ? I liked biryani, veg kofta and garlic bread
