Service is okay. Food is okay. Not busy but still took a long time. Burger was big but nothing special.
When it comes to Checkers in Katy, Texas, it's a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the food is undeniably delicious – those seasoned fries are addictive, and the burgers hit the spot every time. But, and it's a big but, the wait times can really test your patience. It seems like no matter when you go, there's always a line and a wait.On the bright side, the owner or manager – whoever's running the show – is a gem. They're always on the ball, making sure everything runs smoothly and checking in on customers. Their warmth and attentiveness really make a difference. However, it's a different story with some of the other workers. While some are friendly and welcoming, others seem a bit indifferent or even downright unfriendly at times. It's like you never know what kind of service you're going to get depending on who's behind the counter.Overall, if you're willing to brave the wait times and occasional hit-or-miss service, Checkers in Katy is worth a visit for the tasty grub alone. Just be prepared to exercise some patience and hope for a friendly face when you place your order.
Food was decent to me. Customer service was good. The place could use some upkeep.
