Chili's Grill - Katy

This restaurant stands out with its unique chili, departing from the typical vibrant color scheme of its exterior that you can spot from afar. Inside, it maintains a consistent sports theme, featuring a bar on one side with multiple TVs and a more subdued dining area on the other with fewer screens. The food and service here are among the best, just like at their Mason Road location. I enjoy coming here for meals.

This rarely happens, but we encountered a few issues with our order. However, the managers went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The food is usually excellent at this location, especially compared to the other one. I frequently visit the Tech location above the slide because the portion sizes are consistent. The white queso appetizer is always generous here, unlike the Slide location, which gives you just enough for maybe ten chips. Overall, I really enjoy the Tech location the most.

The food is a great value. I've consistently placed curbside orders here and have never been let down. The staff handling curbside service are friendly, and the food is always delicious.

I had a disappointing experience with this restaurant. I placed an online order just an hour before they were set to close, but they canceled it almost immediately. I believe they need better management to improve their service.
