Jack In The Box - Katy

I'm writing another review since we often visit this location for breakfast. We never have any problems with the staff in the drive-thru; they are always very friendly to us. The tacos here always taste fresh, which has been a recurring issue at other JnB locations we've been to in the past. I think I’ll stop by for a couple of tacos now that I think about it…

The food is always fresh and prepared to order. The service was outstanding; Chris did an incredible job!

The person working at the drive-thru was quite rude and cut me off before closing the window on me. It was a very disappointing experience.

All I asked is your driver ring the doorbell when my order was delivered so I would know it is here. If your drivers can not do that then I will not tip and I will use another delivery service. There are far too many other options.

The manager who works here Carolin is very rude no customer service. Got my order wrong then argued with me and told me I was wrong got my food correct and threw it at me and told me to shut up go sit down and eat my food. Wow.
