Kokai Sushi And Lounge - Katy

Never eating here again. We went because it was highly rated. Service was horrible, the manager was also our waiter... we sat for about 30 minutes before even getting drinks, never got a refill even after asking. The place seemed very well staffed and wasn't incredibly busy. The sushi was one of the worst we've had too. One of the rolls was covered in so much Mayo that it's all you could taste. The only thing that was fairly quick was our bill.

Ana was our server. She was very kind and had great recommendations for us. We would ask for her a hundred times more! The food was absolutely to die for and the restaurant is very well kept, fancy, and comfortable! We have come before and will continue to come every time we are in the area.Food: 5/5

Visited Kokai for my husband's birthday dinner. The menu items Ana recommended were perfect. The staff was very friendly and patient with our two little ones. Such great atmosphere, food, and drinks. Will definitely be going back again!Food: 5/5

Had a great time. First time there, went for my brothers birthday and they went above and beyond to wish him a happy birthday. Loved the vibe, ambience, service, and food ! Will definitely add to my list of restaurants I recommend and visit regularly.
