They are severely understaffed. Had to walk in afterwards because the drive thru line wasn?t moving for 30 minutes. I heard that at that time they weren?t taking any orders, only online pick up orders (it was at 9 pm). Lady at the cashier was nice and friendly. Pizza was pretty good and yummy.
Location was out of napkins. I asked if I could have a paper towel and pointed to the dispenser over the sink (FYI, the faucet was running and unable to be shut off, according to employees) The employee said, I gave some paper towels out once and my manager Jacklyn reprimanded me, because she said they were too expensive. I said. Not as expensive as running water back there. The employee told me, We had submitted a ticket, but it was still not fixed. I asked for a refund of my pizza, due to the lack of customer service and the harsh treatment of the employees by the manager. It costs less money to keep customers.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! My most recent experience here was unbelievably horrible. I ordered two pizzas at the drive-thru, and was told I would be a 20 minute wait, which unfortunately is no big deal since they never have hot n ready pizzas anyway. When I pulled back up the pickup my pizzas the young lady told me it would be more time I?d have to wait, so I told her I wanted my money back since I?d waited long enough. Instead of saying ok she just continued to let me know that it was in the oven, ?it?s almost out?, ?are you sure you want a refund?. It was so uncomfortable having to go back, and forth with someone over a refund. So, she finally gets the manager and the manager gave me my receipt for the refund. As I?m driving away, I realized she didn?t refund me, she refunded someone else!! So because of the huge line of cars already at the window, I parked and headed inside the store. That was about another 15 minute wait. Finally, I get to the counter and I tell the young lady that was going back and forth with me at the drive-thru, that they refunded someone else. She gets a confused look, and heads to the back of the store for a few minutes, and comes back just to say, ?The manager is busy making pizzas can you step to the side until she?s done? mind you this store is getting more, and more full; if I wait for them to be done making pizzas I?m gonna be there until they close. So, I tell her ? No, this was her mistake, she needs to come up here, and give me my refund? Long story short, I waited 10 more minutes until the short manager young lady comes back to the front, and looks at me like I?m at fault, and hands me the receipt and says, ?Here?. After all my time was wasted because of them, and she didn?t have the common courtesy to at least apologize. Then I realize they never asked me my name when I came back up to the drive thru initially, they just assumed my name and told me there would be a longer wait and that?s why they refunded someone else. My pizza was probably ready but because they never thought to ask my name they wasted my time. The customer service is probably the worst I?ve seen anywhere, the manager lacks professionalism in every aspect. We go here very often, but after this incident I will never purchase pizza from Little Caesar?s again. I will be taking my money elsewhere.
I was excited when they opened at Morton Ranch Rd. Great, friendly staff and delicious flavorful pizza. Best I 've had than any other little Caesers. Gave them a 4 star bc recently I 've ordered online twice and both times my most bestest are more like their $5.00 pizza with not enough cheese. Most bestest is suppose to be another layer of cheese. Someone in this establishment is lacking. UPDATE Dec.28th,2020 Went to get my usual of Ultimate Supreme with added black olives. Usually I am charged $10.00 plus addtl topping of $1.75 or so. Which makes sense to me bc I want ALL of their supreme toppings plus black olives, a common topping amongst other pizza shops on their supremes. However this time I was charged as a custom build pizza for $6.50+$8.75=$15.25! What a HUGE disappointment. Thats almost $4 MORE just to have my favorite topping. Which they barely sprinkled on, SEE PIC. Little Ceasar is suppose to be more budget friendly than other pizza shops, especially since their Large sz is more like a Medium sz pizza when compared to others. Ugh... Just lost my favorite place. Hopefully the new Domino 's across the 99 will have daily carry out specials. As of right now I 'm going back to Cicis Family ToGo pack.
