Unfortunately, many of the card refill machines are out of order— actually, more than half of them— and sometimes the cards don’t work once you get them. I’ve also had several occasions where I wanted to buy drinks at the pizzeria, but they always tell me they're closed and direct me to the bar, which is often unattended when I get there. It's 5:30 PM, after all; this is typically a busy time. I always end up asking the bowling lane servers for assistance with drinks. To top it off, the restrooms are not clean, and several faucets are broken. I hate to see this place decline because it’s always been a fun family destination for us.

Despite the scheduling issues with bowling and the fact that some activities closed at 10 PM, we had a fantastic time. There was plenty to enjoy all in one place. I would definitely go back.

I made a reservation on their website and paid for a bowling lane as well as two video game cards. When we arrived, we were given the bowling lane, but nobody had the video game cards. I had to explain that they don't send receipts via email, so I couldn’t provide one at that moment. The amount I paid was nearly twice the cost of the bowling lane, which included the two cards. They had no record of my order in their system and were unable to check anything.

I had a fantastic experience at Main Event. The venue was clean, the bowling was enjoyable, and everything was user-friendly. It had convenient access, spotless restrooms, and the staff was friendly.

However, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the cleanliness of the place was lacking. It took a long time to find a seat since no one was clearing the tables, and the vacant tables were quite unappealing. Additionally, the bathroom was in a terrible state; it seems they only check it right before closing time. The kids had a great time, but as an adult, the dirty tables discouraged me from ordering food. If the guest areas are that unkempt, I can't help but wonder what the kitchen must be like.
