Marco's Pizza - Katy

We really enjoy Marcos, but this location often struggles with a shortage of drivers, and their online ordering system tends to provide inaccurate delivery time estimates. We've experienced multiple occasions where our orders arrive over 45 minutes later than the "promised" time. What’s the point of a promised time if it keeps being broken? The staff is always polite when I call, but I think it’s time to take a break from Marcos until they can resolve these issues.

I placed an order and received a confirmation email. When it was 15 minutes late, I called to inquire and was told it was on the way. After waiting another 30 minutes, I called again, but they couldn't locate my order and hung up on me. When I called back, they informed me that they had just received my order while I was on the phone. The third person I spoke with was apologetic, but unfortunately, we won't be ordering from them again.

Everything we had was great! We've been a few times over the past month for Sunday brunch, having both breakfast and lunch items. The grilled pork chops were my favorite

Not sure what is going on with this store. The last order for delivery never made it home, we had to pick it up. Today we ordered and they called after 40 minutes to refund the order and said they could not make the pizza !!!

It’s wonderful but it’s much more expensive than it’s competitors. The quality IS worth it in my opinion.
