This was our go to pizza for a decade, but is now under new management. Menu and ingredients are completely different, cheap ingredients and disgusting is the best way to describe it, and the price is the same!!!! Be warned the name is the same, it looks like the same place but the food is horrible. I will say the manager was nice and did give me a refund. But when I called to place my order it was very difficult and the specialty pizzas we normally ordered caused confusion. Gave 2 stars for service for the ease of a refund. Writing this now knowing that this is under new ownership. First off, yes, the food tastes different--the recipes are not the same. I really loved the original food a lot. This new pizza was great, the garlic bread not so much, so won't be ordering that again (which sucks because original Palio's garlic bread was addictive as hell... Give it a fair shake. It at least got to our house fast and hot. Sadly I probably won't be ordering anytime soon as I miss the original recipes more than the new stuff.
