Here is my review of my recent dining experience: I ordered the "TOFU Scramble," which is tofu seasoned with herbs and comes with your choice of three additional ingredients. It was served with hash browns and a choice of toast or tortillas, priced at $10.75. I opted for tomatoes, bell peppers, and jalapeños as my extensions, and I chose wheat toast. The toast was accompanied by a delicious peach. I added some hot sauce to the scramble, mixed it with the hash browns, and it was fantastic! I’m not usually a tofu fan, but I really enjoyed this dish! When I placed my order, I mentioned to my waitress that I was vegan, and she kindly informed the chefs to cook my meal separately. Overall, a great experience!

The staff is well-informed about veganism and regularly serves vegan customers. The manager, Chris, came over to chat with us about vegan options, and we felt like he genuinely listened to our preferences. Our server, Daniel, was very attentive and friendly. Kasney greeted us at the door with a warm smile, making us feel welcome right away. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The bathroom was very clean, and they even added weather stripping to cover the usual gaps under the door—impressive! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

Here’s my order: “TOFU SCRAMBLE: Tofu seasoned with nutritional yeast and choice of three enhancements. Served with hash browns and choice of toast or tortillas. $10.75” My enhancements were tomato’s, peppers, and jalapeño I chose wheat toast. The toast came with an AMAZING peach jam. I added hot sauce to the scramble, mixed in the hash and WOW!!!! I am not really a tofu eater I thoroughly enjoyed it! When ordering I told my waitress, who was so sweet, that I was vegan she informed the cooks, who cooked my food separately.
