Starbucks - Katy

I paid 2 dollars extra for a venti, and I asked for LIGHT ice. This cup had ice filled to the top. If I'm paying 7 dollars for a coffee, I want it made correctly. It's too much trouble to turn back around and ask it to be remade. I pay for the bigger size so I can get more COFFEE not ice. Otherwise I may as well make a latte at home. I love the taste of the oatmilk hazelnut shaken espresso. That's what's in the picture. I just wanted more drink. Not more ice. Please listen to customers! I used to work at McDonald's. It's not hard to make coffee the way people want it. This was just, very annoying. I normally am not one to complain but it really irked me that they did the exact opposite of what I asked for.

Great service. Good caring people. Neat and clean restaurant. Ready to holiday with music and decorations. They didn’t have the pop cakes so we end up with up snow man cookies and chili ate croissant. Kids loved it. Ample of indoor seating. Great ambient. Welcoming atmosphere.

Terrible customer service. Waited 25 mins for a mobile order, only for it to be made wrong. People were coming and going with orders in the mean time. No one would look my way or explain to me what was going on while I was in waiting, or ask what I was waiting for, just talking amongst themselves. Manager was rude when I approached her on this. I asked for a refund and she said she would only give me a refund if I gave the drinks back. What kind of refund is this?? I understand they are busy, but please communicate with customers and do not ignore them. This manager needs customer service training badly.

Do not come to this location !!! Girls are disrespect unfriendly and unkind! Will leave you there waiting ignoring you whole talking to each other snickering . Never asking If you need help. A great way to ruin a day. Go to ANY other location they're all way more professional and friendly . This location is horrible on customer service. Wow
