Starbucks - Katy

All I had ordered was a cake pop and the lady who took my order was taking other orders so I stepped aside but then when I went back and asked her, can I have my cake which is already ready she said OK that’s fine. You can wait in my opinion, and I don’t think I’ll be coming to this location ever again because I get better service at a non-Starbucks lot

Bad attention they only attend 3 and they don't attend well.

Tea and Frappuccino were good. Service was slow they definitely prioritize the drive thru over the customers that come inside. Not the cleanest Starbucks either.

Great coffee and efficient service at Starbucks, with the added convenience of ordering ahead through the app. It’s a time-saver!

Fantastic friendly staff! Great service at this location. Music in the background and usually a moderate crowd. The interior of this strip center seems to amplify the sounds a bit, so conversations can be hard to follow unless toned up. I highly recommend this Starbucks because of the staff, easy in and out, and proximity to so many amenities!
