Thai Cuisine Ramen King - Katy

Very nice and helpful staff. We are visiting from Chicago and this was our 1st experience visiting a Thai/Ramen restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were conflicted in what we wanted to order because everything looked AMAZING in the menu. With the help of our waiters we decided on the Fried Calamari, Fried Shrimp with Mayo, Crab Puff (Ragoon) for appetizers and Beef Ramen and Pad Kee Mao for our main dish. Definitely a place to try. We will attempt to visit again before we leave. Thank you!

Food was good, we don?t like the miso soup I believe could be better. Japanese rolls were ok. Bowl was good Excellent attention, place is clean and good environment. Our suggestion is that the portion of the dessert could be at least two scoops, for 5$ only one little scoop is expensive.

The driver was extremely slow and did not communicate.

Everything tasted delicious, but I left feeling a bit disappointed because an automatic 18% gratuity was added to our bill for a party of 5 or more. It was just me, my husband, and our three young kids (ages 1, 3, and 7). I didn’t feel that it was fair to impose a gratuity under those circumstances. I don't think I will be returning or recommending this place, as it felt like the wait staff were overly focused on gratuity.

I really appreciate the waitstaff at this restaurant; they’re always friendly. I’m especially impressed by one of the servers who can effortlessly carry two pint glasses in one hand, and not just by the bottom! She’s fantastic, and everything else about this place is great too. We dine here frequently and have experienced some fluctuations, but overall, the positive experiences far outweigh the negatives. We’ll definitely keep coming back again and again. Keep up the great work!
