The customer service was very disappointing. Although the food itself was fantastic, the gentleman who prepared it lacked good customer service skills. He mixed up our order, giving us egg rolls instead of the cheesy rolls we had requested. After we accidentally tried one, he swapped the egg rolls for the cheesy rolls. When I politely asked if we could keep the egg rolls, he threw them in the trash and refused, saying I'd need to pay for them if I wanted them. It's disheartening to see food wasted instead of being offered to those who would enjoy it. Such a negative attitude!

On a positive note, the staff was very friendly, and the food is excellent. I really appreciate that they offer cauliflower rice, as not many Asian restaurants do. They also serve beer and wine, which is a nice touch for both my husband and me! While the place isn’t fancy, it is clean and comfortable. It's a great spot for delicious food!

There was only one server on duty, which made sense since most customers were ordering takeout. They offered a complimentary soup that was quite good! The dishes we ordered were decent and were served fairly quickly. However, a fly kept bothering us at our table.

The food was excellent, and I always come here with my family. While it may be a bit pricey, it consistently tastes great. Food rating: 5/5.

Every time I come home from college, I eagerly anticipate Thai Spice Tuesday. The staff is friendly, and the food is always incredible. Plus, the wait is never long!
