Contribuisci feedbackOh boy I think I got lucky one day going there. I’m not sure if the older gentleman runs the establishment or not but it was one of the best drive thru experiences. The food is good across the board but the personnel attitude is what makes a difference. The man was cheerful on the speaker, kind and friendly. Nothing over the top special but just made me smile that morning because he was happy and nice. Love this location!!
I wish there was a way to give negative stars. This place has terrible service and poorly managed No attention to detail, rude and no concept of customer service. Ordering drive-thru was painful to put it mildly. The audio was horrible and the person taking the order kept rushing through the order so fast he kept getting it wrong. Finally, I thought we had it straightened out but ended up getting the wrong order even. Called multiple times and they won't answer the phone.
This location needs to do more customer service training. I haven 't been to a Wendy 's in years and only came here because it was the closest option... the drive thru server had no patience when I asked a question and decided to make a change to my order... saying oh my gosh out loud instead of providing good service, after initually asking me to wait when I first pulled up . Skip this location at all costs...
Food sucks and the guy with the lion tattoo on his hand and words tattooed on his neck has zero customer service skills. Guy needs to be fired. Honestly crazy he has a job…
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Wendy's recently. Not only was the service subpar to say the least, but I also encountered what seemed to be racist behavior from some workers. I hope Wendy's takes immediate action to address these concerns and ensures a welcoming environment for all customers.
