Contribuisci feedbackUpdate: you learned from CFA about putting staff out in the drive thru so now learn from them and move the new mobile pick up parking signs for cars to sit and wait to the side spots and not the spots right in front of the main door!!!!! I will still park there, they can find somewhere else to park. If they are too lazy to come in or whatever, they can park farther away. what an inconvenience to your walk in customers!!! And your staff can take the extra steps instead of your customers. Old post: Yum. One of my favorite places to get a quick burger. They have a great salad too. Better than many fast food places. This location is always great.

I love whataburguer, but this especif location was not even close to provide excellent customer service for a pleasant experience. Drive through was a fast speed processing but inside customers had to wait for more than 40 min to get our orders ready. I most say that the waiting customers were 4 elderly people. Have them waiting is as much disrespectful as careless. Seems like they don't like customers dinning in. I do not recommend this place at all.
I went today, Friday 03/29 at 11:30Pm we were waiting at the front desk to be attended to and no one deigned to assist us, they saw us and didn't even tell us to wait a moment, it was as if we were painted on the wall
I don't know if there has been a management change, but it's going down hill lately.
