Little Caesars Pizza - Kaufman

Good affordable pizza, my favorite is the pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce.

We order online. Once we get there we walk in and they say no orders for 30 mintues. Then we picked up order and drive 30 mintues home to find they messed up the order I tried to call and there was no answer.

I order 4 pizzas on Valentine's the lady at register said it will be about 15 minutes I said ok40 minutes later they brought my order I checked it and it was not correct if a manager came to me I don't know because the two people I talked to never told me who they were a man and a lady they said they would remake the order one was no cheese lactose intolerant.I said no way it took 40 minutes I can't wait another 40 min so I got my $42 refund and went to Julio's fried chicken and spent it there . I will not go back to this store again. If there was a way to leave 0 stars on service I would. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When she finally came to the window she didn't even ask to take my order she just barked it was going to be a while another 15 to 20 minutes. The lady wasn't apologetic for making me wait, she was just doing anything she could to make me leave without ordering. I tried to call to report to management, but Noone answers the phone.
