New China Wok Inc - Kaukauna

This was the worst Chinese food I've ever had! The Sweet and Sour Chicken was overcooked and inedible. The Crab Rangoon was also overcooked. I definitely won't be returning!

We placed our order ahead of time to reheat for dinner, and it turned out to be fantastic!

On the positive side, they have an excellent sweet-and-sour sauce that strikes a perfect balance between sweet and sour and has a nice thick consistency, unlike many other places. The vegetable fried rice was also impressive—very flavorful and packed with veggies. However, on the downside, the chicken in the sweet-and-sour chicken was overcooked; some pieces were so tough that they were impossible to chew, and I ended up having to throw them out. Additionally, the crab rangoon was fried for too long, leaving the edges inedible. Overall, for the $23 we spent, I would rate this experience a C-. I probably won't return unless they can demonstrate significant improvements.

I placed an online order for pickup, and the order form mentioned that I could request fried rice instead of white rice. However, I received a call stating that there would be a $2 upcharge for the fried rice. When I went to pick up my order, the staff was friendly, but when I got home, I discovered that my much-anticipated fried rice was missing from the bag. Additionally, the orange chicken was just mediocre. One more thing to note: they charge extra fees if you pay with a credit card.

Our delivery arrived without any rice, and the rangoons were extremely greasy!
