Burger Urge - KAWANA

The food took a long time to be served, with a very lengthy wait for our order. The service was extremely disappointing on Monday at 11:41am.

The waitress was overwhelmed by the long queue of orders and was unable to efficiently bring the food to the tables. The food ended up sitting on the counter for over 10 minutes before reaching the customers.

Had the worst experience with this place twice to serve for the first time in waiting for a long time, while managers little child ran around the restaurant counter while waiting to be served unprofessional. The second time was even worse, we made a...online delivery with them to wait over an hour to see that our order was missed that one of the meals of our child. My wife called her and spoke to the manager who didn't even apologize for the mistake to see if they could send our missing meal, the whole conversation was spent in the way they weren't wrong and accused all others, including the driver for their mistake. They finally told us we have to come in and get the food if we want it or get a loan. I do not recommend this place to anyone who provides your money and time for a company that takes care of customers and provides a good service.

From the welcoming smile when I arrived to the gracious goodbye at the end, everything was smooth. I ordered my food, but they didn't have the drink I wanted. However, they suggested a nearby place where I could get it while they prepared my table. Then came the highlight of the meal - the soylen salad! It was so delicious that I had to ask the server where I could purchase some to take home. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Great place, awesome location and always delicious! We go here often when shopping at Stockland and it has never disappointed us.
