McDonald's - Kawartha Lakes

Extremely disappointed were last paintings here, as there was a terrible waiting time. the half of the worker doesn't even look like they enjoy their jobs. sat today and a curb-side job, almost 15 minutes waiting! incredible! three other vehicles. have forgotten everything before us eating and drinking! make sure they drive thru was not busy at this time. several times I had made my food wrong. double-quarter blt with just one patty? the bag was filled with serviettes as if I were eating them instead. some of their driving thru workers have some absolutely anxious attitudes and seem simple as if they prefer somewhere but there. I notice that some employees can hardly do the job they are asked and do not care at all. while there are others who want to do it absolutely hardest and hard work, and I think they should get a recognition for what they do, because it seems as if they were trying to help everyone and stay positiw. came thru another time in the drive thru and did not ask if the cookies were in the bag, was said to drive away and when the bag was checked, the cookies were not there. second window in the rule a girl works and can hear that she was extremely crisp and rude with colleagues, absolutely anxious to speak with them as they are. I often come here and have to say I'm disappointed.

Either their ice cream is down or you get to the pickup window and recieve an excuse there.

This McDonald's has recently been upgraded to a McCafeI have gone here on several occasions.

I have not ate at McDonald's since I ate at this waste of timeI got a quater pounder and I woke up the next morning with food poisoning.

After paying 35 dollars our food was half missing and the fries were cold. Burgers were slapped together sloppy. The young kid in drive thru didn't apologize after missing part of the meal. Very rude. Why isn't there an adult around making sure things run better. This was not the first time this has happened but will be the last time we spend our hard earned money there.
