Came here with little expectation (because hühnerramen is usually not very falvourful). but I couldn't be more wrong! the bach is very creamy and tasteful, and it smells really amazing (maybe due to the truffle oil) and that huh is very delicate! destined to visit. and it was said that this load has/has a Michael star
Only 14 seats, but perhaps the most beautiful, tasteful michelin listed soba restaurant, with a fantastic thick, white chicken stock they think twice when they try any other chicken soup. beautiful presentations with the various sweet and edible flower leaves, each product separately cooked and seasoned and presented to a picture perfectly. the porcini tsukemen and truffle white chicken frames were worth a visit like edible art and definitiw.
The best trembling I ever had, and there were many good places during my two weeks trip to Tokio! wait in the line worth. check out the menu before the time and know what you want to order before they sit down. this is a cashless restaurant, so ready with their credit or IC card. when I visited, they had also made a purchase of concentrated oil.
I can’t believe I’ve been procrastinating on going to this place. It was as good as I imagined. Rich but delicate creamy chicken broth with an artistic display of veggies and chicken. The noodles were think and soft which goes well with the soup. I would love to come back and try the tsukemen and truffle oil.
