Pizza Hut - Kaysville

While I was outside trying to get her attention by ringing the bell again, she locked the door and completely ignored my knock. Finally, the person on the phone managed to connect with the staff member, who informed me that she had run out of dough and didn’t hear me calling because she was in the bathroom. From the time I entered the store until I left, about 25 minutes had passed, and I still didn’t receive the service I needed. I have never been treated so poorly and will never return to this location!

The food is tasty, and my order was ready exactly when they said it would be. However, the downside was that they were so focused on making pizzas in the back that customers had to wait in line at the counter, just twiddling our thumbs while waiting to pick up our already paid-for pizzas. Prioritization doesn't seem to be their strong suit, but overall, it was an acceptable experience.

We ordered our pizza an hour in advance for a 7 PM pickup. I arrived at 6:55 PM and had to wait 10 minutes while the staff behind the counter fumbled with empty pizza boxes. When she finally helped me, I was given a pizza that had clearly been sitting in a case for an unknown amount of time. It was cold and the crust was dried out. I will not be ordering from them again.

Came here to redeem my daughter's book it pizza and the customer service was horrible! She placed the codes and then claimed the computer was not working to place an order (as if that was my cue to leave) and then when a buzzer went off rolled her eyes at us without excusing herself proceeded to ignore us for the next 15 minutes while she went in the back. No one else was there. She said she has to call IT and her boss would not be in until an hour and a half later all the while not starting she could help us just taking her frustration of the computer out on me in her tone of voice and body language. Horrible customer service.

Placed a order online for a spicy lovers pizza. When we drove to pick it up they had Substituted the toppings without calling us to ask. There was hardly any pepperoni compared to the advertisement. Very disappointing! We asked them to refund our pizza. They didn’t seem to care as if it was a standard practice. What a waste of time, so disappointing.
