Fú Shòu Sī - Kazuno

I visited for the first time. I ordered a 1500 yen lunch set, which included a bowl of chawanmushi and one rolled dish (no photos). The sushi options were either salmon roe or crab nigiri, and the rolled dish choices were either salmon roe or tuna. The chef asked which I preferred as he prepared the sushi. I didn't specify any preferences, as I can eat anything, but I felt comfortable enough to casually discuss dislikes. Everything was delicious, and I left feeling pleasantly full. I will definitely visit again.

Embarrassingly, even though I'm a local, it was my first time at this restaurant. I decided to leave it to the chef's choice, and every dish was delicious. The drinks were plentiful and I had a great time.

This restaurant is said to be famous for special occasions in the local area. The reasonably priced lunch is satisfying enough even if you order the regular option. If you go for the premium selection, you will be truly impressed. If you were to search for this taste in the city, it would probably cost double or more. Although it's a small restaurant, it is definitely a top-notch establishment.

十和田湖に行く途中、夕食を食べにお邪魔しました。お寿司は絶品でした。 いくら苦手ですが筋子が東北名物ということで、筋子巻きを初めていただきましたが、とてもおいしかったです。

お昼がお得。 ウニは大間からとのこと。抜群に美味しい。 茶碗蒸しも出汁が効いていてこれも最高に美味しい。 お話上手でまたリピート確定です。
