Poorly managed location. The manager stood there as the employees were yelling at each other across the store. The young man that took our order seemed like we were putting him out by taking our order. Very dirty location. There Is something that spilled and no one has cleaned it up. A lot of dirty table all while the manager was walking around with his hands behind his back.

The food here is definitely good. However, the service leaves much to be desired. It's quite slow, which could be partly due to a shortage of staff, but the current employees also lack proficiency. Additionally, the attitude and level of customer service are below expectations.

Even if very busy, the customer service is still patient, even if it runs back! plus remember, they have very high peak times definitiw times they can especially say about beautiful days, the one you think we go to dq! so even if their order longer patiently with the personal the food/ice cream always wait with that!

This place has so good food. I love the chicken stripe basket. I also want to say that jaci long has done the gm so well with the administration of this place. she is always very friendly and she puts customers and her associates first.

Bought cheeseburger and strawberry milkshake. always good, no matter what unit.
