Cellar Grill - Kearney

Everything was outstanding! The service was quick, and the staff were very friendly. The onion rings tasted just like they used to back in the day! There has been a noticeable improvement since a few months ago.

This restaurant used to be outstanding, but my recent experience was disappointing. My fiancé ordered a steak and expected a high-quality cut for the price, but that wasn't the case. I ordered a bloody mary, and it was lackluster compared to what I've had before—there wasn't even a single garnish! We probably won't be returning.

Was once one of the best places in Kearney to eat, but since changing owners it has gone down hill fast... food is terrible quality. They have much less variety and are using lower quality ingredients. Stay away!

I used to love the Cellar, but my recent visits have been disappointing. We decided to give it another chance after the remodel. Unfortunately, our first impression was not great; we walked in to find employees smoking near the entrance. Our server, Damon, was fantastic and provided excellent service, but the food quality was subpar. I ordered the chicken fried steak, and the gravy lacked flavor, the corn was mushy as if it had been microwaved, and the dinner rolls were too hard to enjoy. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because of Damon’s attentive service. Perhaps instead of spending on a remodel, they should invest in hiring a more skilled cook.
