Betos - Kearns

I understand I went through the drive-thru, but that shouldn’t make a difference. I would have gladly waited for them to prepare more fries or whatever was needed since each meal was $15! My total bill came to $55 for just three carne asada fries and two drinks. It was such a letdown, and I will not be returning to that Betos again.

I ordered a burrito and began to dig in. After a few bites, I noticed something crunchy in my food. To my surprise, I discovered pieces of eggshell inside my burrito. I was not only disgusted but also shocked to encounter this. Food rating: 2/5.

I've visited this restaurant three times, and it was okay overall, but this last experience was terrible. I ordered a ham torta, and it had a strange smell. When I opened it, I found there were eggs inside—perhaps I missed that detail in the description. I tried it anyway, and it was decent at first, but then I noticed that the inside of the bun was burnt. The fries tasted like old oil; it seemed like they might have mixed different oils for cooking because they didn’t taste like fries at all—they tasted like pork. What a disappointment!

My husband likes ordering from here and wanted to get burritos for a quick dinner. My kids love bean and cheese, and we also ordered super nachos. We were disappointed to find the burritos cold. I can't say I've ever been served cold bean and cheese burritos, especially since they are so easy to assemble when ordered. My husband is usually easy to please and he was upset because the beans tasted like canned. The nachos were okay, but haphazardly thrown together. Honestly, it was the only thing that tasted good. Im also very unimpressed by the prices. 4 bean and cheese burritos and a super nachos were over $50. I understand prices are up right now, but this seems over inflated. This isn't the first unsatisfactory visit and I doubt we'll be going back after this.

The food was really good and the servings are HUGE. I have enough for another meal or two!Food: 5/5
