Been waitkng , las señoras solo en pin chisme , needs new employees, they hide the ring bell so customers dont bother them. Owners please get new employees thats actually

I used to like coming here because the tortas are good. But today, 07/29/23, my wife found a metal object from a estropajo (scourer) on my 4 year old daughter torta. Very mad about this. The cook didn't even have the you know what to apologize and offer a refund. Obviously they don't care about the quality that's put out to customer's food. Production over quality. Very fortunate my wife found this before my daughter started to eat the torta. She would have ended up in the hospital for sure with a metal object stuck in her intestines. Never coming here or any Big Tortas again.

I was kicked out by 10 pm we couldn’t finish my food we got there 9:30pm ? The cashier leterly told us we are close you guys need to leave my boss told me I ask for her boss name and she said Im not authorized to say names! Bad Costumer service!!! I’ll not go back?again.

Good milanesa. Good size they big tortas.Felt a little expensive. But the queso Oaxaca felt like real queso Oaxaca from Mexico.
