Dunkin' - Kearny

Tonight, I received excellent customer service from the female employee at this restaurant. She was prompt in taking my order and preparing my drink, which tasted great. I had order #875 and she managed this location efficiently. I want to give her kudos and will definitely be returning.

I bypass two other Dunkin Donuts locations just to come to this one, which is my favorite. The wait can be long, but it's definitely worth it. I especially appreciate the drive-thru option during the COVID-19 pandemic. The staff here wear masks and gloves and follow safety guidelines diligently.

The restaurant was supposed to be open until 10 as stated online, but they actually closed at 8 without anyone available to address my on-the-go order. However, the issue was later resolved and the staff were very apologetic. The manager was particularly helpful in resolving the situation.

The 2 girls that work there are fast and never disappointed me. I love coming here for my Hot Caramel Latte.

The staff was friendly, but some employees were on their phones. It took them about 3 minutes to notice me since it was a busy Sunday.
