I'm not a fan of strong coffee, and he recommended the perfect blend for my taste, which I really enjoyed. He even chatted with me while I made my drink, and he was genuinely interesting and kind—his friendliness helped ease the stress from my hospital visit. I also needed a bottle of water, and I must say, this 7-Eleven is impressively well-stocked with a variety of options.
I really enjoy this 7-Eleven! The staff is excellent, and the coffee is great. I recently tried a burger and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was for the price. EDIT: I used to love this 7-Eleven, but unfortunately, the assistant manager is very rude to everyone.
I won't comment on the customer experience, as they do well in that area. However, I have applied for a job there multiple times, and each time I've called, I'm told that the manager is not available. It's been six months since I first called repeatedly throughout the month, and each time I was informed that the manager wasn't there to review applications. I find this situation quite ridiculous.
I am a regular customer here and have enjoyed my interactions with the staff. Recently however, I am seriously concerned about the lack of ensuring the safety of their customers by not enforcing the wearing of masks during the Covid pandemic. Often I find myself surrounded by people who don't wear one while in the store, and who don't regard the social distancing, and no one corrects this, even though it had been expressed by multiple customers.
So this is a Covid19 period review. This place is not safe. Manager does not ask folks to mask up. For your own safety do not bring the subject up. The unmasked patrons can get belligerent. The manager will threaten you with the cops. Stay away
