Kastri Family Taverna - Kefalos

Have been going to this Taverna for the last 7 years.The food,service and atmosphere is always excellent Lovely family run taverna that means so much to my husband and I.Highly recommend every time. We went to this place and parked our car in the private parking. Very well welcomed by the staff. A small private bench in front of the restaurant. We enjoyed the benches and shade freely available (may because out of season We had a great greek meal. lot of choice in the menu and the food was great (and the fresh beer too... : . Then we went back to the beach and enjoyed the bench all the afternoon with a direct view on a small isle with church ruins on it...

The tavern has a very nice location on the beach. Food is average. The stifado was quite good, but the calamaria were quite soggy and under-fried. There are better taverns in Kefalos. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–15 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
