It caters for business class and status holding passengers from a number of different airlines, including BA. It has a good selection of hot and cold food options (full cooked breakfast when I was there plus cold meats, cheese, pastries, fruit, yogurt, pancakes), good coffee, juices and alcoholic drinks. The ambience is nice and relaxed, quite a contrast to the busy main terminal at Keflavik, and the space is light and airy with windows on three sides and views across the airport. Overall, definitely recommended, but remember to leave enough time to clear passport control before your flight.
This is a large lounge with various seating areas and very friendly and attentive staff. I've had the privilege to use this Saga Lounge on several occasions, and mostly, it's been a great experience with plenty of food, snack, and beverage options. However, a few times when I've had late flight departure, I was a bit disappointed to see some shortcomings!
Across from the D gate passport control. Spacious. Many coffee machines. Array of spirits and soft drinks and snacks. No real meals but snacks to hold you over. Many sears have the C/F power plugs as well as USB for charging your mobile device.
Spacious, beautiful flagship lounge with lava rocks, fireplace and historical pictures of Icelandair. Food selection is ok, beverage selection is huge and there are shower as well. Service is very friendly. The layout is well done. Even if it's rather full it doesn't seem so. Overall one of the best business class lounges I've ever been to. Thumbs up!
The Saga class lounge at Keflavik is fantastic. It has a great variety of foods. All the times I've visited have been early morning but was enough to make a large breakfast, even lunch. Everything is super clean, tastefully decoratedand and something I love is that you have different kind of seats available which is good as some lounges are not as comfortable because they only offer the same type of seats in the whole place. There's many coffee machines all over the lounge and small fridges so you don't need to come back to the food area if you just want a coffee or refreshment. I don't drink alcohol but the seemed to have a decent selection of spirits, wines and local beer. Bathrooms were not perfect last time because it was very crowded but they usually are spotless clean and have Blue Lagoon products you van use. They have showers, which I never used so I'm not sure if access is available to all passengers or just long haul flights. It's a luxury and not a need but if you feel like treating yourself to an upgrade from time to time, this lounge is more beautiful and comfortable than others I've been to. Staff is very nice and pleasant to deal with.
