The waitstaff at this restaurant goes above and beyond to ensure customers' orders are handled with care. The kitchen chefs are skilled at preparing delicious meals in a contemporary and professional manner. Since new management took over, the quality of this place has improved significantly. Joci, in particular, deserves recognition for her outstanding work, even without much support from corporate. She continues to create amazing dishes for customers to enjoy.

The staff were friendly, but the food was not prepared as requested. The first dish arrived with a hair in it. The bill was promptly taken, but the second dish arrived so overcooked that it was inedible. We will not be returning. Upon returning home, one of us experienced a bout of illness. Not recommended. We will never dine here again.

The restaurant experience was disappointing, similar to being let down by a drunk parent. Our hopes were high, but we received underwhelming service and lukewarm food. The flavors were average, but lacked the genuine comfort of a well-prepared meal. My wife had to send her steak back because it was cooked medium rare instead of well done, as she had requested. We chose not to complain further, as the main purpose of a restaurant is to serve food at the correct temperature, and we did not want to be seen as difficult customers. They were also out of many menu items, which has been a recurring issue across multiple visits. The only saving grace was the delicious hot soup (when available) and pie.
