No one informed me that I needed to pick it up at the cash register; she simply said to get it at the end of the counter along with my second drink. Not only did Leslie roll her eyes and give me a bad attitude, but when I finally left, my coffee was in poor condition. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Thanks for trying to "make the next one on you" with a card, but because of her attitude and the state of my coffee, I’m unlikely to return again. This is simply unacceptable.
I went through the drive-thru for one reason: I'm young and healthy, so I don’t feel the need to wear a mask unless I'm sick. However, they forgot my kids' hot chocolate. I quickly covered my face and went inside, since there was a long line of nine cars that I had just waited in. The employee then told me she couldn't help me unless I wore a mask. I decided to leave and get back in line at the drive-thru, but she continued to hassle me. I will never return to this place again.
I absolutely adore my local Starbucks! The drinks are consistently excellent, and the staff is always so friendly. Even when we've had some mix-ups with our orders—like recently when we faced two mishaps in one day due to staffing issues—the team handled everything beautifully. Emily, the shift supervisor, was particularly gracious; she sincerely apologized and swiftly resolved the problems to my complete satisfaction. This is truly exceptional customer service! It's essential to remember that everyone makes mistakes, but what really counts is how those mistakes are dealt with. Starbucks shines in this regard and continues to prioritize customer satisfaction, setting a high standard that seems to be lacking in many places today. I'm genuinely appreciative of their dedication to outstanding customer service!

This is the worst Starbucks! They close much earlier than they should, and the lobby is rarely available for customers. Despite having six employees on duty, they still claim there's a labor shortage. Now they don't even bother with that excuse—the place is just closed. Honestly, I couldn’t care less how friendly the staff is!
