Contribuisci feedbackTop tier service and food! Always spot on from anywhere you go the only downfall from this restaurant is that they almost always give you half filled fries. Since it’s the closest one to my house I come here regularly and it’s an ongoing thing from this location.
I really like the option to order online through the app and dine-in at this restaurant. It's a great way to earn reward points and it's also very convenient. I've never found this location to be too crowded, and I've noticed that the food is always fresh and the restaurant is always clean inside.
I have updated my review once again: I will not be returning to any restaurant that requires me to go inside to order gift cards. I am done with this particular location due to inconsistent service. However, I must say that the service at this location has greatly improved since my last review. I want to give a special shoutout to the Chick-fil-A Chocolate Chunk Cookie - you always bring me pure joy! My previous review mentioned that the drive-thru was extremely slow during every visit. Even after multiple visits, the wait time has not improved. The double lane system does not seem to be effective at this location, with customers typically waiting 8-10 minutes before receiving their order.
The customer service at this Keller location is fantastic. I have been dining here for several years and during each visit, Rita always makes it a point to greet me and check in on me. She truly embodies great customer service, and it's clear that she loves interacting with people and enjoys her job. In my opinion, this is the best Chick-fil-a around. Keep up the amazing work, Rita, and I will be back soon.
