Recently we had a problem, so I asked the owner to call me back three times last month. You didn't return my call. There was a problem with my order when I got it, it was WARM liquid, not cold or smooth consistency at all. (It's usually delicious) When I went back to have the order again, the girl said working that they are not accepting to replace shells when there is a problem or wrong. What? Sure, I misunderstood. So I asked that the owner called me and left my number. I came back twice to call the owner. Easy customer service and certainly not how you run a business. We bought over 75 bowls at $12 per pop as they? ve opened and would expect them to keep loyal customers. I don't think so. Only know if your order is wrong, it doesn't matter to them, nor will the owner call you to take care of it. Good luck! This is their answer to their FB page today: Hi Ashley, I'm sorry that your bowl was melted at 5:00 on the car home when it was 110 degrees outside. When ordering, we will put the product in our freezer immediately until the customer arrives or the delivery car transports. Unfortunately, we cannot control the product as soon as it is picked up. If the transport line is long, we recommend that you order in advance so that it can freeze. We try hard, but are not perfect, we try to do things we do wrong, but this is outside our control. Thank you. In which I reacted: Rush Bowls we ordered 45 minutes in advance, I have specifically asked (how I do ALWAYS) for them to be made thicker and placed in the freezer BECAUSE 105* outside this day. We live 1.9 km from the Keller site. We went home, too. I called within 8 minutes to leave the store with my problem, not as I waited an hour while it melted and became warm. I didn't even ask for a refund, just a polite call. The problem was that I called a call 3 times and nobody ever called about the span of almost 4 weeks. As often as we have visited your location, I would only expect a small customer service. Instead, you completely ignored the question, and now I owe you your answer, weather and saying? it is outside your control.? My husband just informed me that the bowl sat on the top of the counter when he arrived, not in the freezer as desired. Many times we have called for it to be placed in the freezer, and that was not a problem in the past. But this customer service was a very unprofessional experience. They reacted with a similar comment to FB below. With whom I reacted, they mixed me with someone else (as they have never been there when I came in, unless the owners are teenage children), because they do not know how I look. I have received NIE ANYTHING for free except the program they have with each 10. Bowl is free.
The bowls are delicious and the bacon Ranch Panini is also good. I didn't try any of the smoothies. There are also good with online orders there is almost always ready and if you wait?s because their bag it. Great option if you are looking for something other than Nekter Pricy yes, but you get what you pay for
I think I'm officially done with this place. Apparently you pay $12 for half a bowl full. I looked around the other bowls in the restaurant and they were filled up. I was charged once $1 for the search for extra honey and then I told them that I don't need more honey, which is bad and let her take it off. Randomly charged for things and when I call them, they take it off. Especially an employee who works every time I feel has something against me. I usually get only half a bowl full when I go and the special staff member makes my bowl. Sad, because it's a decent place.
I and my family came here and we loved it. I come to the Tropical Sunrise every week or to the Pitaya Playa Smoothies. Very recommended!
We love Rush bowls! Everything always tastes so good! If the weather is nice you can eat outside and that makes it extra special. This time we got a PB &J bowl with strawberries for the topping choice l and the Summit bowl with chocolate chips.
