Starbucks - Keller

This Starbucks, hands down, is the best one I’ve been to! I am there every morning, 7 days a week. They know me by name, they know my order, they suggest items they think I would enjoy. That is great customer service! Mr. Fabian greets me most mornings along with all the ladies that work early. This morning, 11/4/23, I didn’t get whip cream (this is the ONLY time ever I’ve had to go back and ask for anything), they corrected it with a smile and threw in some topping for me.Their positive vibes wake me up in the morning and push me to go deal with my “kidults” (my adult students). I do and will continue to go out of my way to get my coffee from this location. Thank y’all for every great morning!

Great location to work in and the service was top notch. I visited here 3 times on my recent stay at a nearby hotel. The staff was friendly and my drinks were well prepared. No issues at all.

I ordered a flat white and it came with no espresso it was just milk.

They kinda suck closing early at 7 PM on a Saturday, 100th reason why I don’t go here anymore

Third time for a bad experience. You guys need to step things up.
