Stopped in to get the wild caught salmon. I called first to confirm they had it and the gentleman was so nice on the phone. I went to pick up the salmon and same guy was so nice. The Salmon is the best I’ve had in Texas. My husband fishes and we get fresh fish all the time, so I am picky. I 100% recommend them for salmon and meat.

HORRIBLE people. Great meat, but BAD people. Support other small businesses in Keller, just not this one. Wish I could give zero stars.

First time visiting Z Bar today. I was glad to find a local butcher whose meat is sourced locally. Very clean inside, friendly cashier, and reasonable prices!

Stumbled upon this place in our community Facebook page. Decided to give it a go. Thoroughly impressed with their selection. Prices are higher than the grocery stores, but the meat is incredible. We ended up getting a whole rib roast for ribeye steaks, have gotten 2 briskets from them, a salmon flat, beef ribs, and a pork butt. I will not go anywhere else for any meat. Secondly, they have this bourbon honey. Spoke with the owner when we went in the second time and he wanted me to let him know how it was. I'm here to say that stuff is incredible! Fantastic substitute for raw honey if using on baked goods. Secondly, I used it on some of my pork that I made and it turned out amazing! Will definitely be back for a few more bottles! Best beef in the area. Everyone that works there is so helpful and kind. The owner truly cares about his customers. When we have family from out of state they can’t get over how good the meat is. They’ve even bought meat home with them to Florida.
