Have done dine in and pick up and the food is always great food and delicious coleslaw and never a greasy after taste. casual atmosphere and good location C lovers #1 keep it up. Excellent service.
I live in the area and was going to try it. Then I saw a video on YouTube (Scott eats)of someone getting kicked out. I’ll make sure none of my friends go here. He is actually promoting the business with over 20 k views. A lot of fish and chips restaurants around here.
Worst fish n chips ever. We have tried this location twice in the past 3 mos and the fish they claim is halibut. Is so thick and dry my mom who is a fisherman’s daughter said that is not halibut they are using. And those chips are the worst we’ve ever tasted even from a good truck I’ve had better. Service was pretty rough too. Kinda truck stop environment.
Worst c lovers I've ever had. I came from the lower mainland so I expected a chain to be a safe nice option. The batter was super thin, fish over cooked and dry, one piece specifically smelled VERY fishy, and I had cannon butt after words. It was my girlfriends first time at c-lovers, and last time at c-lovers. Extremely disappointed we wasted almost 50 dollars on fish poisoning. The waiters are all nice and stuff, but wow, the food was the worse I've ever had from c lovers. The fish should be moist and hot, with a nice coating of batter...not some thinner than tempura paper coating on over cooked cod.Avoid this location at all costs. Spend the extra 2 dollars or so and go to a more locally owned place. Not a chain with zero consistency.
