Famoso Pizzeria Sopa Square - Kelowna

Poor service. perhaps the loudest place I've ever eaten.

My group of 6 all pressed how tasty fresh their selection of foods were. pizza, salat, etc. all were also hot, not as in some restaurants. kelly was our server very efficient, politely know about the menu. we will not hesitate to return to this location. Thank you.

Our server (glass, brown curly hair) was ridiculous on our party of 8, which went at 9:45 in the night without reso (sept 15th.) after we were denied at many places after our reservation has fallen through, we could not find a place to eat. we all starve and hangry, their beautiful restaurant was so friendly and took care of us very. great wein from the hatch also! so impressed. will be back. I always dream of the margarita pizza with prosciutto upstairs. Thank you!

I visited this restaurant twice within five days because the food is fantastic. On my first visit, I enjoyed a veggie pizza. However, during my second visit, I ordered the Caveleti pizza without prosciutto since I'm vegetarian. Unfortunately, it arrived with prosciutto and no cheese, so I had to send it back. The second attempt also came without cheese but still without the prosciutto. I decided to eat it anyway because I don't like to waste food. To make things worse, my happy hour wine order was also incorrect and had to be returned. When I paid the bill, I mentioned the cheese issue—not looking for a freebie—hoping for some understanding, but the server seemed indifferent and did not apologize. It’s frustrating because it had the potential to be a great experience, but now I'm left writing a negative review due to the lack of care.

We have been customers at this restaurant for a year, and the food and service have always been fantastic. However, during our last visit, we invited two friends from Vancouver and wanted to order some drinks for happy hour. Unfortunately, we arrived 15 minutes early, and the waitress informed us that she couldn't help us. We suggested that she could bring the drinks after 2 PM, but she simply said no again. This left us feeling quite disappointed. While we have had great service in the past, this recent experience was not up to the usual standard.
