Freshii - Kelowna

They consistently close an hour earlier than their stated hours. Although they are supposed to be open until 8 PM, they tend to shut down by 7 PM.

I ordered a salad and a burrito, requesting chicken in both, but it was missing when they arrived. I also asked for cucumber and avocado in my salad, which were not included. This was the most disappointing meal I've ever had, especially since we paid $50 for it. No one informed us that there would be no chicken or that our requests wouldn't be fulfilled. It's completely unacceptable.

I visited this restaurant twice and had disappointing experiences both times. During my first visit, they ran out of romaine lettuce, and when I got home, I discovered they had forgotten the egg I had paid for. On my second visit, I ordered online, but when I arrived, they hadn’t received my order because their printers were down – and there was no apology for the inconvenience! Once again, they had no romaine, despite the app allowing me to order items that included it. To top it off, I got home to find that none of the three items I ordered had the avocado that was supposed to be included. I definitely won’t be returning to this location. Additionally, similar to what another reviewer mentioned, there was only one employee working, and she had earbuds in, requiring me to repeat myself several times. It felt very rude!

It is a shame the first time I ate here it was delcious. Today Jan 12 I came it is only 130 there is only one person working. Looks like they trying to close down the joint early. My bowl was cold, noodles tasted like they where a week old and half cooked all chewy and crunchy. My falafel was cold it tasted like worker scooped it out of a dumpster. So unfortunate. Waste of 16$ so disappointed ?? I would recommend skipping this place unless you like to be disappointed ?

Disappointed as their smoothies were yet again unavailable… ? don’t know why I go out of my way to come here
