I could've dealt with that just fine but the problems for me were when I actually got the pizza. I ordered 4 dips and paid in advance. Driver said they had no dips. Bummer. The pizza was cold. Cheese had solidified. The crust was super dry and chewy. Dough might not have been fresh or exposed to the air for too long. Anyways long story short, wasn't entirely happy. Contacted customer care and shared my experience. They were very quick to reply. They took ownership for the issues and provided me a full credit without me even asking. So even though this wasn't my best Panago experience, knowing that the customer care team has my back gives me a sense of confidence for future purchases. That's why Panago gets 4 stars today, even though the pizza made me sad.
There was a mistake with my order, so I called back to get it corrected, I had a little bit of a tight schedule, but they suggested I talked to customer service. Customer service bent over backwards to try and make things good, they went above and beyond. They really didn’t more than I expected I mean what was an error somewhere in the process, turn into an excellent experience. I was very impressed!!!
Pretty straight forward never had an issue with this pizza place. Always friendly and courteous staff. Pizza is fresh and delicious!
I love the plant based options that are available. This sets the standard that others should fall in line also
Fantastic pizza with excellent, speedy delivery. Their prices are fair and generally have great deals. They also have vegetarian/vegan options!!
