Subway - Kelowna

Convenient as it has a drive through but it has taken me repeating my order multiple times and one instance I had to repeat myself over 8 times. In addition to being frustrated by the event, they got the 4 sandwich orders wrong as well. I find the veggies ok but everything else at subway tastes processed/cheap/packaged. Not a fan of the bread either. Personally I can suggest bypassing and going across the highway to helmuts or bonanza meat market. Better food.

I have only had lunch or dinner but a good selection is offered 7.5/105 Service: Usually good, can be a bit ambivalent 6/106. Presentation: : Good size compared to other FF. I get the chopped salad an chicken. 7.5/107 Freshness: The salads and breads always seem fresh 7/108. Palate: With a build yoursef and a good assortment of dressings 7.5/109 Intangibles: The drive through is perfect. Usually no one else in line. 8/1010. Value: Save the usual restaurant cost of dining in 7.5/10TOTAL 70.5/100

If this is the one near Sexsmith with the drive-thru - Avoid this place at all costs. I loved Subway until I started visiting this location. It all started by them ripping me off. The deal was two six inch subs for $5. I mistakenly asked for a foot long and was charged significantly more that $5. I told the owner about the price correction and he informed me that I had to ask for two six inch subs or the deal wasn't relevant. Talk about cheap! My co-worker ordered her subs for pickup over the phone later that week and they completely screwed up the toppings. They did not offer a refund and she was stuck with 2 subs that went straight to the garbage. After telling myself that I wouldn't return to that location, I did, and ended up chewing on something crunchyand ended up finding chicken cartilage in my sub. This is not the first time finding something gross in my sub, but it seems to be only this location. I will never to return to ANY Subway ever again, this ruined Subway for me for life. Although Jared's not helping either ;)

Yes it is another Subway but some fall short-NOT this one. The subs were made just right with fresh ingredients by friendly staff.

I have been ripped off, my sandwich has been ruined, all the wrong toppings, rude customer service, they won't refund or exchange me, they don't seem to care that they ripped me off and ruined my sub, I found a chicken bone or something of the sort in my sub to top it off. All of this has happened on separate occasions but it wont happen again as I will never return. Avoid this location at all costs. If you don't believe me, look at other peoples reviews. Absolutely horrible!
