Went a second time and it was horrid, food was hard and dried out, cook would cone out, stir it around and then go back to the kitchen. Swore I would never go back.Last night ordered dinner for two for pick up...and it was absolutely delicious! Hot and fresh, prawns were crispy, sweet and sour pork amazing! Only order To Go from now on!
The food was adequate, but it seemed to be in short supply; many of the buffet dishes were empty. The restaurant wasn't busy, so it's hard to believe that the kitchen wasn't keeping up. More like slowing things down, so people wouldn't eat as much.I couldn't believe how filthy the floor was; I wish I'd taken a picture. Even most greasy spoons clean their floors regularly.
We love Chow Mein and this was nothing like Chow Mein...terrible Green beans and the Brocolli were OK, but the rest was a huge disappointment! Even the Fortune Cookies were stale! Don't waste your money here.
I have been there once and food was nothing special. It was when we ordered take out that we were extremely disappointed. We ordered 5 different items . Each item was bland with no taste, flavor, or seasoning. Not only will I ever go back but I will recommend others not to go there.
If you are in the mood for Dim Sum this restaurant is well worth a try. We stopped in with friends for Dim Sum in late April and all left with a very good rating. The restaurant is not outstanding as far as the creativity of the cuisine. They have Dim Sum and Lunch specials every day from 11:00AM to 2:00PM and a Chinese Dinner Buffet every day from 5:00PM to 8:00PM daily. What is impressive for this restaurant is that Dim Sum orders are cooked to fresh to order! Our waitress informed us that if we wanted to order from the Dim Dum menu it would take approximately 20 minutes because the items were cooked to order, no problem for us. The menu has a selection of 11 items with old favorites like shrimp and pork dumplings, pot stickers and sticky rice. Most of the items come in an order for four so it’s nice for sharing. The sticky rice was a little different, it’s one order per person and it comes wrapped in a Lotus leaf stuffed with chicken and pork inside the rice, it was delicious as was all of the menu items we ordered. Overall a very good experience and reasonably priced. Dim Sum for four with Green Tea came out to $45. The food was delicious and the price is right, well worth a return visit.
