Tim Hortons - Kelowna

I really like this location! Even though I sometimes face a language barrier when ordering at the drive-thru, the experience here is much quicker thanks to the two lanes and less traffic compared to other Tim Hortons in Kelowna. I usually order a medium coffee with two creams and one honey, along with the Bagel Belt. Whenever I get a toasted bagel here, they always put the right amount of butter on it. They are also one of the few Tim Hortons in Kelowna that properly mix the honey into the coffee.

I had a very positive experience at Tim Hortons. The new digital ordering system was quick and user-friendly. I placed my order, and just a minute later, my name was called to pick up a breakfast wrap. The quality of the food and drinks met my expectations. Although the tables were a bit messy, my overall experience was enjoyable. The new location is nice as well.

We had to wait for our food in the parking lot, which was a bit inconvenient. The food itself was just average, and the coffee was lukewarm. I should have gone inside to request a fresh cup, but we were pressed for time. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Rude staff who are physically incapable of making a coffee that isn't a double Double. Heaven forbid if you're lactose intolerant or want an espresso.

Good food nice people. Don't help if the dining room is still closed. Still have to use the drive thru. When will the dining room be open, I don't know.
