We ended up ordering the cauliflower "salad," which was essentially sweet and sour cauliflower bites that were tasty but a bit small for the price. We also ordered some fries, which were delicious.
I adore this restaurant for its outdoor seating, live music, and being one of the more upscale establishments in Lake County. Currently, their menu seems to offer only a vegan Asian cauliflower starter and a black bean burger that can be made vegan. I'm sure the salads could also be made vegan upon request. The burger itself is a bit on the dry side, but adding avocado could potentially remedy that.
I always have a great experience at The Saw Shop. Even though I'm not usually a fan of burgers, I must say that their burger was delicious - the flavor was spot on! The garlic parmesan fries were also fantastic, perfectly crispy.
I always have a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The fish and chips are delicious, as are the other menu items. This establishment is consistently in my top three favorite restaurants in Lake County.
The hand-battered fish and chips were quite enjoyable. The house tartar sauce was delicious. I wish they had put a piece of paper under the food in the takeout box to keep it crispy, and I also didn't receive a lemon. Despite these small issues, the meal was really good.
