Starbucks - KEMAH

I had to wait in a long line for at least 30 minutes. This was the messiest Starbucks I've ever visited. The staff wasn't very friendly or engaging, and there was a musty smell in the air. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

This coffee shop is by far the best I've ever been to! I truly value the staff and their warm service. They handle everything wonderfully, even when it's hectic. It's hard for me to understand how some customers can be so disrespectful to the employees. Everyone should try to show a bit of patience and understanding, just as you'd hope for in return. The staff deserves much more than just five stars!

As anticipated from any Starbucks, our experience here was outstanding. We arrived early and were pleased to find it open to the public. The staff member was exceptionally friendly, and my husband and I truly appreciated the helpful information we received during our initial visit to Kemah. The refresher was fantastic, and the mocha frappuccino was as excellent as ever.

The staff at this restaurant is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The place is well-kept and creates a warm atmosphere. Additionally, its location right on the boardwalk is a great bonus!

This restaurant is charming and clean, although quite small, and it boasts a great location with a friendly vibe. However, I found the staff to be somewhat unfriendly; it was the only Starbucks I've visited that declined to offer a complimentary cup of water. Thankfully, the place wasn't crowded, but the service was still rather slow. Furthermore, the restroom could have been cleaner, and I had to wait a few minutes before I could use it.
