Wendy's - KEMAH

I ordered food and had to wait 12 minutes while cars behind me in line received their orders and left before me. I was asked to pull up to the door and wait, but when I finally received my order, it was disappointing. The fries were cold and stale, and I was given regular nuggets instead of the spicy ones I had ordered. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere as a 1 out of 10.

I had a fantastic experience at Wendy's, this was the best Wendy's location I have visited in a while. Cindy, the manager, should be very proud of her team. Keep up the great work, guys! I am one happy customer! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow, especially for mobile orders. The take out meal for lunch is priced between $10-20 per person. The food is rated a 5, while the service is only rated a 1. The atmosphere is a 3. Recommended dishes include the Baconator. There is plenty of parking available, including free parking in the parking lot.

This place is usually good. I'm guessing they had a bad day. Our burgers looked microwaved by the top being wrinkled and sloppy. So bread was soggy! Our fries were cold not warm, asked for fresh ones. Got those back, and they taste redipped which gets hard very fast. The strawberry drink was good though. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

The staff were rude , hostile toward customers. We were only one in line . Ask us to move. Manager was greatly unprofessional and needs to be terminated. The food was thrown together.
