Been calling them for almost 2 hours and no answer, I use to order lots of pizza from them. But lately they have been going down hill. Service: 1

On theee different occasions they have messed up my order. First time they sent me burnt pizza. Second time I ordered pasta no meat came on it and the sauce was watery. This last time is where I cut the line. I waited over a hour and Half for my delivery. Was told 30-45 mins. When I called they explained someone had fallen and had to be rushed to the hospital only it didn’t happen during my order it happened earlier in the day. The manager went on to say “I know it’s not your problem” and before he could finish I told no you take our numbers for a reason if it was that serious you should have called your customers to let them know about the delay. Not to mention make sure the whole order is there before sending them off to deliver cold pizza. I have given them three chances I was always told either three strokes your out or third time is the charm. It’s a shame we really did love some Milano’s.
